Alta Avondale is a mixed-scale multifamily development on the west side of Phoenix area in Avondale, Arizona.  The community's 360 units are dispersed across a long linear site among eight (7) three-story buildings and one (1) larger four-story building which includes a pool courtyard and double-height leasing and amenities. The project has phenomenal views of the mountains, and is situated within a larger mixed-use development that includes restaurant/retail, recreation, and parks.
