Alta Berry Creek is a multifamily development situated in an area of high-growth on the north side of Austin in Georgetown, Texas.  The community's 300 units are spread out among twelve (12) three story buildings with a freestanding leasing and amenity building. The project imposes a regular, rectilinear geometry on an oblong site (even hampered by a large detention pond) in a way that creates well-planned connective spaces.
