Alta Rise is a mixed-scale multifamily development on the east side of Phoenix area in Gilbert, Arizona.  The community's 278 units are spread among two (2) three-story buildings and two (2) four-story buildings which include a pool courtyard and double-height leasing and amenities. The project’s site amenities really set it apart, with sport courts, large dog parks, and a large multipurpose field area that doubles for site drainage.
