Alta Sergeant is a multifamily development situated in the wooded area on the north side of Houston in Conroe, Texas.  The community's 354 units are spread out among eleven (11) three story buildings with a freestanding leasing and amenity building. The buildings are arranged in a way that both defines the perimeter with edges but also resolves the triangular shape of the site with a large, nice courtyard space.
