Alta Trails is a multifamily development located southeast of Austin in Bastrop, Texas.  The community's 342 units are spread out among twelve (12) three story buildings with a freestanding leasing and amenity building. The project is planned in a way that looks inward to the site, creating a fairly solid frontage of buildings all around the site that leave protected pockets for parking and amenities within the site.
